1. The service
RecordSmash is a music game for entertainment. Among other things, the app lets players guess the title, artist and year of a track and place records on a timeline. The product is still in development; features may be added, changed or removed.
2. Acceptable use
Use RecordSmash lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the service, circumvent security, overload it through automated means or use it to infringe the rights of others.
3. Apple Music and music rights
RecordSmash uses Apple services for music functionality. Your use of those services may be subject to additional Apple terms, and full playback may require a valid Apple Music subscription. Music, artwork, artist names and other catalogue information remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Apple Music is a trademark of Apple Inc. RecordSmash is an independent product and is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple.
4. Availability
We aim to keep RecordSmash reliable, but do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable for every device. Music availability may vary by country, account and catalogue.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RecordSmash is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or damage caused by temporary unavailability or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you.
6. Changes
These terms may change as RecordSmash develops. For material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@recordsmash.app. These terms are governed by Dutch law, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
